Mexi Bison Bowl

- Heat olive oil in a non-stick fry pan over medium heat and cook the ground bison with paprika, cumin, and oregano for 7-10 minutes or until cooked.
- Place separately into a bowl, the cooked ground bison, black beans, corn kernels, spring onions, lettuce, and tomato.
- Add the avocado on top and drizzle with olive oil and lime juice.
