Bison Protein Bowl

The focus on this bison power bowl is pure protein! Inspired by F45 Training recipes, this 6-ingredient bison protein bowl is super easy, and can be made with either our Lean Ground or Extra Lean Ground bison. We've included the macros for both!

Directions

  • Heat a non-stick fry pan over medium temperature and cook the ground bison with onion, garlic, and basil for a few minutes.
  • Stir in the frozen peas and continue to cook for a further 5 minutes or until the peas and ground bison are cooked. Remove from heat.
  • While the ground bison is cooking, boil water in a saucepan over medium heat. Add the green beans and cook for 5 minutes, or to desired tenderness. Drain the water and set aside.
  • Divide the ground bison mixture and green beans into two bowls and serve.

16 oz (454g) Noble Premium Bison Extra Lean or Lean Ground
9 oz (250g) yellow onion, diced (2 small onions)
4 garlic cloves, crushed
2 tbsp (2.5g) dried basil
4.5 oz (127g) frozen green peas
32 oz (904g) green beans, chopped
