Bison Protein Bowl
Prep Time: 10 minutes | Cook Time: 15 minutes | Total Time: 25 minutes | Serves: 2
- Heat a non-stick fry pan over medium temperature and cook the ground bison with onion, garlic, and basil for a few minutes.
- Stir in the frozen peas and continue to cook for a further 5 minutes or until the peas and ground bison are cooked. Remove from heat.
- While the ground bison is cooking, boil water in a saucepan over medium heat. Add the green beans and cook for 5 minutes, or to desired tenderness. Drain the water and set aside.
- Divide the ground bison mixture and green beans into two bowls and serve.
