Noble Premium Bison Grilling Steaks are cut from the more tender rib and loin and are great for grilling, broiling or pan-frying. All our retail steaks are air chilled, hand cut and shipped fresh.

The Top Sirloin is a tender cut yet still quite lean. Bison cooks more quickly than beef so for best eating, don’t cook past Medium.
